1. Introduction

Cancellation terms vary by service provider

At Justwalkin Rooms, we strive to provide a transparent and hassle-free booking experience. Each property, experience provider, or retreat organizer may have its own cancellation terms.

Guests are advised to review the applicable cancellation policy displayed during the booking process before confirming their reservation.

2. Hotel Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation

Certain hotels may allow cancellation without penalty if the request is made within the cancellation period specified during booking.

Partial Refund

Some bookings may attract cancellation charges depending on time remaining before check-in, hotel policy, promotional offers, and seasonal demand.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Bookings marked as Non-Refundable cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded except where required by applicable law or approved by the hotel.

Last-Minute Cancellation

Late cancellations may result in one-night retention charges, partial refund, or no refund depending on the property's cancellation policy.

Resorts often operate with stricter cancellation policies due to limited inventory and seasonal demand. Cancellation charges may vary based on:

9. Non-Refundable Bookings

Bookings that cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded

Bookings identified as Non-Refundable are not eligible for cancellation, modification, or refund. Exceptions may be considered only where required under applicable law or at the discretion of the service provider.

10. No-Show Policy

When a guest does not arrive or participate

A "No Show" occurs when a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date, fails to participate in a booked experience or retreat without prior notice, or arrives after the provider's permitted reporting time without prior approval.

Unless otherwise specified, the booking may be treated as cancelled, no refund may be issued, and the property or organizer may release the reservation.

11. Cancellation by Justwalkin Rooms or Service Provider

In rare circumstances, a booking may be cancelled due to property closure, overbooking, safety concerns, natural disasters, government restrictions, force majeure events, or operational issues.

Where possible, Justwalkin Rooms will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative booking, offer an equivalent experience, or provide a refund in accordance with the applicable booking terms.

12. Force Majeure

Force majeure events may include:

  • Natural disasters
  • Floods
  • Earthquakes
  • Pandemics
  • Epidemics
  • Civil unrest
  • Government restrictions
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Severe weather
  • Power failures
  • Other force majeure events

Refunds in such cases will be subject to the policies of the respective service provider and applicable law.

Cancellation requests may be submitted through your Justwalkin Rooms account where available, customer support, email, WhatsApp support, or telephone. To help us process your request, please provide:

  • Booking Reference Number
  • Guest Name
  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Email Address
  • Reason for Cancellation, optional
  • Supporting documents, where applicable
